Other Information

The cemetery is located where the Old Tabernacle Methodist Church once stood. The church was destroyed in the early 1900's by storm. The church was relocated but the cemetery still remains on the old site. The area is presently grown over by trees and other vegetation. Access is by permission due to crossing over private land but it is also difficult to access due to location either walking or ATV* (*IF ALLOWED)

Personally visited this cemetery in March of 2002. It is located in a remote area of Calhoun County. Was not able to get list of other names due to time constraints. But valuable information is being lost due to location and neglect.
